Windsor Pointe of Jacksonville Opens It's Welcome center Ahead 2021 Completion

Wichita, Kansas-based Legend Senior Living^® has opened the sales office for its eleventh residence in Florida, its third in Jacksonville. Windsor Pointe of Jacksonville, a three-story independent living residence, is planned for opening in the summer of 2021.

 

The Welcome Center is located at 14333-26 Beach Blvd.

 

“We’ve been giving virtual tours of Windsor Pointe and accepting reservations for apartments for a few months,” said Debi Thomas, Legend’s Vice President of Business Development. “Construction is on schedule for our opening and we are excited to open our welcome center to assist local seniors and their families as they seek carefree independent living. The demand for something fresh and different has been great and Windsor Pointe’s contemporary look and approach to vibrant senior living will be just that.”

 

Located in a prime eastern Jacksonville setting, Windsor Pointe is located at 4060 San Pablo Parkway, just next door to Legend's Windsor of San Pablo Assisted Living and Memory Care residence, minutes from the central metro area, Mayo Clinic, I-295, the intercoastal waterway and just 10 minutes east of St. Johns Town Center. Windsor Pointe is designed to provide independence and enhance the lifestyle of seniors, with architecture and lifestyle features that are a departure from residences before it.

The new residence concept emphasizes more places for gathering, a greater number of social activities and amenities on-site that create a resident-focused, self-contained neighborhood.

 

Windsor Pointe will feature four on-site dining venues – from the upscale Latitudes Restaurant to the dressed-down Hatch Bar – a spa-style hair salon, medical offices, an exercise area for pets called the Bark Park, and for pure relaxation, a full library and drinks in the grand lounge. For fitness, there are fully equipped exercise rooms, a walking trail circling the lake and plenty of organized sports activities.
