Park West Plaza Names Lisa Schwebe Sales Director

Park West Plaza has announced the hiring of Lisa Schwebe as Sales Director. The senior living residence is owned and operated by Legend Senior Living^®, a Wichita-based company with 41 residences in six states.

Schwebe has more than six years’ experience in senior care sales and marketing, but perhaps the best experience for working in the industry is much more personal. “I cared for my grandmother for 17 years,” she said. “It has definitely been the most humbling experience to experience love and compassion. It taught me how to be an advocate. I believe it helped me determine that this is the profession my heart desired to be in.”

“Lisa truly cares about the residents and their families and works to provide the best for them,” said Heather Cave, Residence Director. “She’s always willing to help the residents, she’s kind and considerate to coworkers and all those she deals with. She has built amazing relationships with the residence throughout her career.”

Schwebe said that meeting families and potential residents, working with doctors, case managers, and an amazing team at Park West Plaza makes her look forward to going to work. “Senior care is extremely rewarding in my life and makes me want to get up and get to work each day. I’m just truly blessed being able to work with our elders.”

Schwebe brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to Park West Plaza. After attending a year of college, she and her husband opened a plumbing manufacturing business. After starting at ground zero, they built the company to more than $5 million a year in sales.
