Lisa Fetter Recognized by Wichita Business Journal as a "Woman Who Leads"

The Wichita Business Journal has announced its 2021 list of “Women Who Lead,” naming Lisa Fetter, Sales Director for The Regent Vibrant Independent Living, as a Woman Who Leads in Marketing & Communications. The Regent is owned and operated by Legend Senior Living®, headquartered in Wichita, one of 42 Legend residences in six states.

“Congratulations to Lisa for this well-deserved and esteemed recognition,” said Jacob Kerrigan, Residence Director, The Regent. “We couldn’t be prouder of her leadership and accomplishments. The title “Sales Director” only partly covers Fetter’s role at the Regent. In her two and a half years in the position, Fetter has helped families and their loved ones transition from their current home to The Regent Independent Living community. She also plans, executes and markets events to prospects, engages in outreach in the residence and appears for speaking engagements.

I’ve marketed diverse businesses, from industrial to communications, and none has been more rewarding than working with seniors, their families and the Associates at the Regent,” said Fetter, whose marketing and sales history reaches back to the early 90s as an Account Executive for Clear Channel Communications. “The mission at Legend is a very personal one. Unlike marketing a product or service whose customers you may never see, here you’re directly involved in the lives of the people you serve.”

A proud Michigan State alum, as iHeart Media General Sales Manager in the late 90s, she led her radio station group (B98-FM KZSN, KKRD and KRZZ) to the top of the market in revenue and ratings. From there, as Advertising Manager for the Wichita Eagle, General Sales Manager for Journal Broadcasting (six Wichita radio stations), VP of Business Development and Media Director for RSM Marketing, and as Exclusive Factory Representative for Continental Research Corporation, she topped and exceeded sales goals and grew the companies to unprecedented levels. As President of Fetter Consulting, LLC, she continues to provide training and lend her expertise to Wichita-area businesses.
