Legend Senior Living Continues Growth with Mansfield Opening

Legend Senior Living^® is proud to announce the opening of Legend of Mansfield. It is the fifth Legend residence to open in a 15-month period and the second new residence in Texas in the same time frame. Legend of McKinney opened in September 2018. Other new Legend residences opened in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Colorado. The company is also expanding in 2019, breaking ground this month in Colorado Springs and Jacksonville, with more growth projected.

Although Legend operates over 40 residences in six states, the company remains a family experience and a family business. Two generations of Buchanans lead the company and guide its future: Tim Buchanan, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer; his son, Matt, serves as Executive Vice President. Today, as a privately held family business, Legend lives by the same principles of servanthood, compassion and character, guided by faith, upon which it was founded.
