Legend at Mingo Road Promotes Keli Lamb to Sales Director

Legend Senior Living^® has announced the promotion of Keli Lamb to Sales Director at Legend at Mingo Road. Lamb was previously a Sales Associate for the Legend at Tulsa Hills, where she was responsible for providing tours, interacting with potential residents, and outreach in the community.

After 14 months of success in that role, the promotion is a natural progression to expand her responsibilities. “Keli puts others first and ensures she stays on a task until its completion,” said Residence Director Julie Dyson.

Wendy Dotson, Corporate Sales Specialist, added, “Her dedication and commitment are like none other. She has a sincere, genuine heart that she wears on her sleeve. Her passion for seniors – and people as a whole – makes her an excellent fit in this role.”

Lamb likes working in senior care because of the reward of helping people understand the benefits and resources available to them. “It’s a life-changing decision and I get to be a part of that,” she said. “To me, it’s meaningful and rewarding.”

Lamb feels her background in healthcare and education have effectively prepared her for the Sales Director role. “I understand the challenges that come with educating people and the different ways people learn and understand,” she said. “Working as a Sales Associate gave me more knowledge about senior care and instilled the standards of Legend in me.”

Dyson pointed out that when Lamb was a Sales Associate, she fill the gaps of an absent Sales Director at Tulsa Hills. “Keli is an asset to any team and we’re lucky to have her,” Dyson explained. “Her commitment to the systems and processes, and willingness to step up to get the job done aligns with our Mission.”

Lamb said it is important that her personal beliefs and philosophy align with Legend’s. “It’s very important that my philosophy aligns with Legend’s mission and values,” she said. “I want the work we do to be recognized as the very best. The job requires strong ethics and ethics are driven by our values. I’m blessed to be a part of the Legend family.”
