Great Place to Work Institute has honored Legend Senior Living® with certification as a Great Place to Work for the third year in a row. The certification process considered more than 1,000 employee surveys from across Legend Senior Living’s 40+ locations in six states.
Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included employee pride in the organization’s residence impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
“This is a really big deal, especially as our associates have been on the front lines during the pandemic. We are grateful for the service to keep residents engaged while helping mitigate the risk of the virus.
