The staff is friendly and wants to make the transition for your elderly family member as comfortable and gentle as possible. My mother and father-in-law were both there until they passed. It is important to know that family being present is key to a good experience anywhere they transition to. The staff worked with us to get them the care they needed throughout the process and helped us get through after they passed.
