Everything at The Waters of Wexford was excellent. Our family has had experience at several other senior living facilities in the North Hills, and The Waters was head and shoulders above any other place. The admissions process was smooth, and the staff went out of their way to assist us with move-in and with orienting our mom to her new home. The care team, including nurses, aides, techs, facilities, and dietary staff, was all so welcoming and always attentive to our mother and her needs. The genuine heartfelt care from a consistent team of dedicated caregivers was remarkable. Our mother felt secure and content in her new home at The Waters. I wish there were an option to give more than 5 stars, because The Waters deserves a 10.
