Your monthly fee covers the essentials that make everyday life easier, while care is tailored through our Tailored Services approach, so you only pay for the support you need. Essential comforts in Assisted Living include:

• A private apartment with utilities, routine maintenance, and an emergency call system
• Three chef-prepared meals each day, plus snacks
• Weekly housekeeping, linen service, and personal laundry
• Scheduled transportation to medical appointments, errands, and community outings
• A full calendar of activities, events, wellness programs, and social opportunities
• 24-hour associate support, licensed nursing oversight, daily well-being checks, and ongoing care coordination

Personalized care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, medication management, and other activities of daily living, are provided through our Tailored Services program. Because every person is different, these services are customized to your needs, and you only pay for the level of support you choose.

Yes. Prairie House provides personalized care, licensed nursing oversight, medication management, and wellness support tailored to each resident’s needs. The community’s unique location on the campus of Ascension St. John Broken Arrow also offers convenient access to physicians, specialists, imaging, and emergency care whenever additional medical services are needed.

Assisted Living is ideal for older adults who value their independence but would benefit from help with daily activities such as medication management, bathing, dressing, or mobility. Because Prairie House also offers Memory Care, residents who experience changing cognitive needs may be able to transition within the same community, providing added peace of mind for families.

No. Medicare does not cover Assisted Living services, though some families use Veterans Aid & Attendance to help with costs.
