Legend Senior Living® is pleased to introduce Lorrie Britton as the Regional Director of Operations for Kansas and Colorado. Ms. Britton will oversee operations for all Legend® owned residences in the Kansas and Colorado regions.
“We are extremely excited to have Lorrie back with us at Legend®,” says Marla Lopeman, VP of Marketing for Legend Senior Living®. “Lorrie was a dynamic part of the Leadership Team in the Florida region a few years ago. We are thrilled she is here!”
Prior to relocating to Wichita, Ms. Britton spent a number of years in the senior living industry working in assisted living and memory care nationwide. Prior to her career change she spent time in the hospitality industry in the Turks and Caicos Islands, Jamaica and the Bahamas.
Ms. Britton will tell you she is excited to be in Wichita and looks forward to being part of the team. “I respect the integrity of Legend Senior Living®,” shares Lorrie. “I look forward to embracing the philosophy of working hard, keeping promises and sharing successes.”
Ms. Britton was born in Missouri, but as an “Army brat” has lived all over the country. Lorrie and her husband, Dan, enjoy ATV riding, fishing and gardening. At home they have a senior Dalmatian, Pepper, a rescue dog from California. When asked “if there was anywhere in the world she could be right now”, she’ll tell you, “Right here! I have a sign at home that reads ‘Home is where the Dog is’!”
