Green Tree Assisted Living and Memory Care Receives Another Deficiency Free Survey

Green Tree Assisted Living & Memory Care, a residence of Legend Senior Living, announces that is has obtained a Deficiency Free Annual Survey from the Oklahoma Department of Health.

Green Tree assisted living, located in the Tulsa, Oklahoma suburb of Sand Springs, is a three-story 60-unit licensed assisted living residence. Legend Senior Living acquired this property in February 2006. Green Tree is an assisted living and memory care residence dedicated to providing professional, personalized services designed to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. We are dedicated to those who entrust their housing and service needs to us.

The Oklahoma Department of Health is responsible for ensuring that assisted living residences comply with mandatory state regulations. These surveys are conducted on a no-notice basis and consist of evaluation of areas including policies and procedures, resident care, medication administration, medical records, kitchen sanitation, staff competencies, dietary needs, equipment, safety and overall wellness of the community.
