Legend Senior Living® is pleased to introduce Dan Allen as Director of Asset Management. Mr. Allen will oversee operational systems and architectural consistency for each residence, including mechanical and maintenance procedures for all Legend® owned communities. Additionally, Dan will help manage capital expenditures and operational systems for all Legend® locations.

Mr. Allen’s professional path has taken him all over the county, from Florida to California, and a few places in between. He served most recently as Director of Asset Management within the senior living industry for nearly a decade.
“I like the approachable atmosphere at Legend®,” shares Dan. “I look forward to getting back out in the field, making personal connections and having a positive impact, really making a difference.”
Prior to moving to Wichita, Dan and his wife, Lorrie, were living in Milwaukee. Dan grew up in Fort Worth and is happy to be a little closer to family. He has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. His daughter and eldest son, both successful business owners, are from the Forth Worth area. His youngest son is in the Marine Corps and is currently stationed in South Carolina.
