We had our dad at Legend for memory care, and overall, our experience was very positive. The facility itself is beautiful — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The rooms are large and bright, which made a big difference in helping our dad feel more comfortable. The courtyards are especially lovely; they’re peaceful and well-maintained, offering a safe and calming space for residents to get fresh air.
The food was another highlight — consistently good, with variety and attention to individual preferences and needs. It was reassuring to know our dad was eating well.
What meant the most to us, though, were the staff members who truly cared. There were several incredibly sweet and compassionate caregivers who went out of their way to connect with our dad and treat him with dignity. That personal touch is something you can’t put a price on.
