Wonderful place to live! The staff provide a warm and caring environment which ensures that each resident is given an excellent experience. In addition, the wide variety of activities avaible each day, amazing dining experience, and rehabilitation care available in house separates the Windsor from other similar places in the area.

The staff is very kind and attentive. My MIL had a great experience with her move in. Jonah from PT is compassionate and encouraging. Wendy from Intake has been helpful and made the transition from the rehab center as easy as possible. They are taking the recent Delta variant of COVID seriously and we appreciate that. The apartment is homey and the general surroundings are welcoming.

Thank you for supporting our school, Ortega Elementary with donations a professional reception. The refreshments and delicious avocado and crab salad were delightful. I enjoyed talking with some of your warm and friendly staff. It is clear that they are happy to work at The Windsor at Ortega.

I had the privilege of working in this building, as a physical therapist, treating residents for almost 3 years. This company and their leadership team truly cares about your loved ones.

I’ve been meaning to write this review since I moved my mom into The Windsor at Ortega back in October. It was an extremely stressful time for my mom and for myself and I was blown away by how wonderful the entire staff was. Peter Nasif, in particular, was really exceptional. He always took the time to answer all of our questions and he went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible from the initial tour to move-in day. Everything he said has come to fruition and I’m so thankful that my mom is in such a great place and she is receiving excellent care.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. They have been graciously invited to several events at the Windsor. The team at the Windsor have been friendly, professional, and very welcoming! The facilities and the food have been superb. My parents definitely recommend this residence as a great option for senior living!

It was a pleasure working with their associate Peter Nasif. He was very knowledgeable about which products and services we could best utilize! We look forward to continue working with your company in the future! Thank you!

The Windsor includes the local residences to attend special events at their facility--movies, Trivial Pursuit games, and now Covid safe free lunches. Our St. Patrick's Day box lunch contained a delicious Rueben sandwich and decorated potato chips brought to us by cheerful, costumed staff. The Windsor is a beautiful facility and has friendly, professional staff

This is a beautiful facility and the staff were all so attentive and caring! I would highly recommend The Windsor Ortega to anyone looking.

I have been so impressed with this residence and the people here. They have gone above and beyond from the first contact all the way through to move-in and going forward. This is a trying time and the first person to help us was Peter Nasif; he was comforting and reassuring and worked to accommodate us on a very short timeline. Shenequa was the nurse assigned to provide an evaluation and she was a gem, never losing her composure even through a very trying family situation. And Jenn Stratton helped us with the actual lease and move-in. She was a great guide through the process, and was patient with all of our questions when it was hard to concentrate. These people are no less than amazing, and the care, treatment and assistance they provide to our loved one is incomparable. I'm so glad to have found them.

What an amazing Senior Living Community, j can't say enough great things! Their staff is so kind, it's such an inviting and welcoming community. There's a reason Windsor at Ortega is always on a waitlist, everyone wants to live here!!

My father in law has been in The Windsor for not yet a week and so far the experience has been amazing. While he is still adjusting to a new home, all the staff are making us all feel "at home". He is greeted with hellos and smiles from Veronica at the front desk to everyone in the dining room to all the gentle ones bringing his meds or just offering to take him to a meal. We are looking forward to a great future at The Windsor of Ortega.

The Windsor at Ortega was excellent. It was like a room in a hotel. The place was sparkling and I think it's brand new. They took us on a tour for both assisted living and memory care. They were very patient, especially with my brother, talking to him, explaining to him, showing him the room, and everything in there. They were very attentive. We ate at their dining room and it was very clean and very nice. When they brought the food in, it was very protected. You can tell it's fresh and clean. The facility itself was very clean too. The hallways had handlebars displayed so seniors would be able to walk down the hallways. It was very organized.

The Windsor at Ortega is great, but it is just too expensive. The rooms are very nice. It's for people that are very wealthy. The staff member who accommodated me was great and very helpful. Everything in there is first rate. They have an area where people can go get their drinks. It is for higher income people because an average person couldn't afford that.

The Windsor at Ortega was very nice and they had lots of activities. The only problem was that the parking was difficult. However, it was a nice place and I had a good feeling about it. The food seemed to be good and the staff seemed to be fine. I visited both their assisted living and memory care levels. They had all of the amenities.

The Windsor at Ortega was lovely. They had a plant auction for the general public and the residents when I was there. A representative gave me material about the place and I went on a tour. The only accommodation available was a 1-bedroom with a bathroom, but I'm not sure it's big enough for me. The atmosphere of the place was great. I saw good interactions between the residents and my tour guide. The staff members that I saw were extremely interested in the residents. The menu that I have seen sounds good and they have snack bars available round the clock. They have a beauty shop, massage parlor, a pool, workout room, and a good sized library. The place is clean and the decorations are all upscale. They have a calendar of activities for different days, and you can also sign up to take tours. They were able to answer all my questions. The only thing I saw that needs improvement is the receptionist. She's always too busy or not up on what's happening.

Windsor at Ortega is a great facility with an inviting, home away from home atmosphere. It is a safe environment that has a bright, fresh and beautiful interior that looks new and clean. The staff is professional, but caring and accommodates the needs of the residents. There is quick response to the in house health care needs and assistance in getting any additional medical care when needed. There are an assortment of activities,, including a movie theatre providing around the world documentaries and movies from all eras, bingo, trivia, fun trips in the community, festive celebrations of holidays, birthday recognitions and much more for the enjoyment of the residents. I highly recommend Windsor at Ortega as my mother receives the care she needs and has the freedom to be able to participate in the activities or enjoy her privacy, which is a comfort and reassurance to my family.

My mother has been a resident at the Windsor at Ortega Memory Care Unit for approximately three years. When visiting the Windsor in the beginning it was the staff and interior decorating that sold me. Everything wasn't white and it didn't look like a hospital. Since that time I have been impressed with the outings and entertainment they provide residents. I have also developed a friendship with several of the staff that have went up and above to help me handle issues with my mom. They are not the cheapest in the market but my philosophy is you get what you pay for. I say thank you to Veronica and Naomi!

My father is a founding resident at The Windsor of Ortega! He had previously been residing at another residence close by on Roosevelt! When we started having issues with the price increase, I reached out to the regional director who basically wouldn't do anything! So, that's when our family decided to look at The Windsor of Ortega! It is beautiful and now what our dad calls home! While you will never find anyplace that is perfect, our family is so thankful to have our dad in such a wonderful place! You could not find a nicer director anywhere , and she always has an open door to talk to you! The nursing director is awesome and is always available! The office staff can't be beat ! The chef is always trying to please the residents by cooking their favorite meals! Most of all, our family does not worry about our dad's safety and well being! We know he is in good hands and feels comfortable being there! Our family and Dad ♥️The Windsor of Ortega!

The Windsor at Ortega is amazing; it is almost like a 5-star hotel. They had bands playing at night, and they had a whole bunch of different programs that they can do in there. They bake cookies, they had popcorn, and they watch movies. The place is like a 5-star resort. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, and they also did a follow-up just asking me how the visit was and if we have decided to go there and since we did not, how come we did not. I told them that we’d love to, but it was $1,000 more a month than the other ones, and they did not accept Medicaid.

The Windsor at Ortega was very nice. It was a new facility, and I did like the security level. I liked the activities that they did show me. The rooms were kind of small, but it was adequate and very clean too. I liked the approach when I first visited. They did do follow-up, they did talk with me, and also tried to assist me in trying to find different places where we could get funding or some other assistance in trying to find one that I can just talk to and try to get financial help.

My mom has found a place in The Windsor at Ortega. We like it because it's nice, clean, and like a high-end hotel. Everything and everyone is very nice. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are nice, of adequate size, and clean. They clean up the rooms and do laundry, too. The food is good, though my mom doesn't care for it sometimes, but sometimes she really enjoys it also.

Everything is going really well so far, and there are no problems at all at The Windsor. We got both of my parents in a two-room apartment about 720 square feet, and they have a little of everything. They got a movie theater on the lot, and they got all kind of things like cooking classes and walking classes. They have TV and an area where they can have the family in a room all by themselves. They have 24 hour nurse care. My parents have a small dog, and they pay a little extra a month for people to walk them. As a matter of fact, I found out yesterday a lot of the girls fight over walking the dog because they enjoy it so much. They are very good, and it is a clean place that just opened in June. It is really clean, really conscientious, and really friendly. Any problems they have, they take care of it right away. They'll give me a call to check in with me.

Beth

The Windsor was excellent. Everything about it was wonderful. It was perfectly clean. The staff and the director were wonderful. They had standard apartments. They had movies, and they had restaurants.

Sue

My father is in Windsor and the staff is very helpful, accommodating, very good and friendly. They had a variety of sizes for their rooms and a nice variety of meals. The dining room is clean and spacious. They had blocked entrances and a sign in process. There is a wide variety of activities; cards, movies, cooking, bingo, and puzzles. I would recommend it, and we really liked what we saw.

Linda

Windsor at Ortega was gorgeous. It was a light, bright, and brand new, beautiful place. And, they had lots of activities and lots of things. I have a friend that lives there, and when I went there with my mom they had something like a Mardi Gras thing going on and it was very nice. This place was like over-the-top gorgeous. They had a movie theater room and lots of parking too. The food was excellent. They had real plates, real silver, and not the plastic stuff. My mom thought it was too fancy.

Cynthia

We choose The Windsor at Ortega for my brother-in-law because it seems to be the best fit for him. The staff is excellent. They have a lot of activities planned and they are very caring. The room is beautiful. It's brand new and big enough. The food is excellent and the dining room is beautiful. They have activities like bingo and different games. They have Luau and parties. It's just very nice and I just like everything about it. I would absolutely recommend it to others.
