Legend of Colorado Springs Opens Sales Office, Begins Taking Deposits

The sales office for Legend of Colorado Springs, Legend Senior Living’s third residence in Colorado, is now open and accepting appointments to tour apartment models. Construction began in early May and the residence will welcome residents in Fall 2020.

“We’re currently taking deposits for people who want to pick their preferred apartment,” said Debi Thomas, Vice President of Business Development for Legend Senior Living^®, a family-owned company based in Wichita, Kansas.

Located near Chapel Hills Drive and Research Parkway, and next to the Focus on the Family campus it’s minutes away from hospitals, The Promenade Shops at Briargate and other shopping, and just seven minutes from Garden of the Gods. It offers great views of Pikes Peak and the United States Air Force Academy campus.

The residence will have 91 units offering assisted living and memory care. With large, one- or two-bedroom apartments from which to choose, Legend encourages independence and dignity to all residents and helps them maintain their independence longer. And they’ll have 24-hour access to staff to assure they are in a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
